Business Bill Pay Alerts

Bill Pay sends multiple alert emails to inform you about payments and bills. You can edit which alerts you receive by turning a specific email notification on or off.

In the Transfers & Payments tab, click Bill Payment, and Visit Bill Pay Site. 1. Click on Alert Preferences in the “More” section. 2. Check or uncheck the boxes to turn a specific alert on or off. 3. Click the Save button when you are finished.

Note : Certain bill pay alerts are mandatory for security reasons.
