Multiple Checks You can initiate a stop payment request for a range of checks. The stop payment remains in effect for 6 months. If you need the current fee information, please call us during our business hours at (844) 261-2548.

In the Account Services tab, click Stop Payment . 1. Select “Multiple Checks.” 2. Select the appropriate account. 3. Enter the starting and ending check number. 4. (Optional) Enter the starting and ending date of the checks using the calendar. 5. (Optional) Enter a note. 6. Click the Request stop payment button when you are finished.

Note : You can view the approval status of a stop payment in the Activity Center.
