Autobooks Refund a Payment

Easily refund a payment.

In the View Account tab click the Payment Link button. Then click the Payments tab. 1. Click the payment you would like to refund. 2. Click the “Refund Payment” link. A refunded online payment will credit the full amount paid back to the payment method for the customer. Click Yes, refund payment. 3. Click the Yes, refund payment button.
