Accounts Dispute a Transaction

Easily report an issue with a card transaction. A dispute can be submitted up to 120 days after the transaction is submitted.

On the dashboard, select an account to view the Account Details screen. 1. Click the transaction that you want to report. 2. Click the Report an issue with this transaction button. 3. Select a reason for the dispute.

Note : If you report an issue with an authorized transaction(s) your card will remain “ACTIVE.”

If you report an issue with an unauthorized transaction (s) you will be confirming that your card was compromised and it will be “RESTRICTED.” This will result in you not being able to use that debit card. If you have reported an unauthorized transaction and your card has been restricted, you will need to contact Dieterich Bank, at (800) 699-9766 or customercare@dieterichbank.com, to discuss your card replacement options.
