Installing the Mobile Banking App Download and install the mobile banking application to use on your iOS or Android device from the Apple App Store or the Google Play store. In the store, verify Enterprise Bank & Trust is listed as the seller of the app, and that the name is spelled correctly. Access Online Banking You can use a web browser to connect to the online banking site on a desktop computer or other supported device. It is recommended that you enable pop up windows in the browser for your online banking site. If they aren’t enabled, certain features may appear in separate windows in your browser or may not appear at all. For the best experience with online banking on a tablet or smartphone it is recommended to use the mobile banking app instead of an internet browser. 1. Click or tap a contact method to send a Secure Access Code. 2. Enter the code and click or tap the Submit button. 3. If prompted to register the device, click or tap the Register Device button. Each time you use a new browser or device to log in, you may need to request a secure access code. You should only register a device if it a trusted private device. 4. Enter a password and re-enter to confirm. Click or tap the Submit button. See Registering a browser or device on page 9 for more information.
