Users Editing Permissions

You may mix and match administrator permissions for approvers. For example, if you would like the administrator to simply view transactions and monitor them, you can select those two options only. Note: When giving a user “Grant Permission” or “Revoke Permission” permissions under User, ensure these permissions are being granted to the right user to avoid potential security risks.

Click the View Users tab. 1. Click the icon to grant permissions or click the icon to revoke permissions. 2. Select the permission to grant or revoke. 3. Click the Grant Selected Roles button or the Revoke Selected Roles button.
