Payments Import File

If you use a separate accounting software, you can generate a 5-column Comma Separated Values (CSV) or NACHA file and import it to Digital Banking. When making a new payment, this allows you to quickly add recipients and amounts when Sending & Receiving ACH. Importing a CSV file In the Business Banking tab, click Send or Receive Payments . 1. Click the New Payment button and select “Payment From File” from the drop-down or select “Send ACH” or “Receive ACH” then click the “Upload from File” link in the top right corner. 2. Select the type of payment to send using the “Payment Type” drop-down. 3. Using the “Import File” option and select the CSV file you would like to upload. 4. (Optional) Click the Save Recipients button to save the recipients to your recipients. 5.
