Viewing, Approving or Canceling a Transaction Authorized users can view, approve or cancel certain payments all from Online Activity. If a payment has processed and cleared, you cannot make changes to that transaction. Transaction Approvals Widget Transactions in need of approval will appear in the transaction approvals widget on the Home page.

Click the Home tab. 1. If there are transactions in need of approval they will appear in the transaction approvals widget. Click transactions listed in the Transactions Approvals tab to be taken to Online Activity where you can approve or cancel the transaction(s).
