User Management User Controls

Unlocking a User When a user incorrectly enters their login credentials three or more times, their profile will be locked. A business admin will need to unlock the account before the user can log in.

Note: While a user will be immediately unable to log in to their account when it’s locked, it can take up to five minutes for the account to display as Locked in within User management.

Click your name in the lower left corner of the screen, then click Manage business . Click the Manage users tab. 1. Select the locked user.
