Import Participants from a CSV File Import participants using a CSV file.

In the ACH tab, click Import File , then Participant Import . 1. Use the drop-down to select a participant import template. 2. Click the Choose File button to upload the CSV file. 3. Click the Import button. 4. You will receive a confirmation message that the file was uploaded successfully.

Note: If your file was not able to be uploaded you will receive an error message that describes the issue.
