Statement Preference You can change how you receive your monthly statements. Paper statements are physically delivered to you in the mail, while electronic statements are available for download through online banking.

In your name drop-down, select Profile and then Statement Preference . 1. Use the drop-down to select a delivery option for your account statement. 2. Click the Save button.
