Administrators Deleting a User

You have the ability to permanently delete a user that is no longer needed. This deletes their contact information from the Users page and deactivates their Business Online and Mobile Banking login ID, but it does not erase the data from any existing payments.

Note: If you would like the ability to add or edit a user, please contact your local branch.

Click your name in the top right corner. In the Settings tab, click Users . 1. Find the user you want to remove and click the icon. 2. Click the OK button.
