Deleting an External Account You can easily delete an external account.

In the Transfers & Pay tab, click External Transfers . 1. Click the Preferences tab. 2. If applicable, use the drop-down to select a business. 3. Under My Other Accounts, click the chevron next to the account you wish to delete. 4. Click the Delete Account button. 5. Click Delete again to confirm.
