ACH Deleting an ACH Participant

You have the ability to permanently delete a participant that is no longer needed. This deletes their contact information from the ACH Participants page, but does not erase the data from any existing payments. To remove a participant from a recurring or scheduled transaction, you must delete them from the actual transaction.

In the ACH tab, click ACH Participants . 1. Find the participant you want to delete and click the icon. 2. To delete multiple participants, check the box next to the participant and click the Delete Selected Participants button at the bottom of the page. 3. Click the OK button.
