Card Services Report Card Lost/Stolen

When you click the Report Card Lost/Stolen option, your card will be turned off to prevent unauthorized purchases. Recurring payments will still occur.

Click the Cards tab. 1. Click the Report Lost or Stolen tab. 2. Click the Continue button. 3. Call Fidelity Bank at 1-855-547-1385 to request a new card.
