Card Services CardControl Overview

The Fidelity Bank CardControl service makes it easy to control and monitor when, where and how your credit and debit cards are used. It lets you set spending limits, manage alerts, receive real-time notifications and turn a card off (and back on) at your convenience. • When you first access CardControl, you will be presented with a 20 second video of tips to using CardControl while the system accesses your card information. When complete, click the Get Started button. • The system will automatically populate the card(s) that correspond to your Online and Mobile Banking User Tax ID/SSN and associated accounts. If you have multiple cards, you can easily toggle between them by using the Switch or Add Card drop down. • All debit and credit card alerts and notifications, including temporary card information and transaction alerts, will be sent by text message from 66368.
