Single Transfers Between First Citizens Accounts If you only need to send money to someone once, you can generate a single transaction using their email address and partial account number.

In the Payments & Transfers drop-down, click Pay Bank Customer . 1. Click the Single Transfer button. 2. Select the account to take funds from using the “From Account” drop-down. 3. Enter an amount. 4. Select the recipient’s account type using the “Account Type” drop-down. 5. Enter the recipient’s email address. 6. Enter the last four digits of the recipient’s account number. 7. Click Submit when you are finished. To ensure the highest security, making a Pay Bank Customer transaction will prompt you to receive a secure access code.(SAC). Once you hit the Submit button, you will be required to select your delivery method to receive a secure access code (SAC). Once you’ve received and entered your SAC, click the Verify button and the transaction will proceed. Note : To ensure the highest security, editing/deleting/adding Secure Delivery Contact Information (updating secure access code (SAC) targets) will prompt you to receive a secure access code.(SAC).
