Getting Started Logging In

After your first-time enrollment, logging in is easy and only requires your login ID and password. If you are logging in on a device that you have not previously registered, you need to request a SAC. Desktop

1. Click the Log In button. 2. Use the drop-down to select a login type. 3. Enter your ID and password. 4. Click the Log In button.

Note : If you enter an incorrect password too many times, your account will be temporarily locked. Call us at 888-FC DIRECT for assistance.
