FICO® Credit Score View FICO® Credit Score

If you are a retail customer and a primary account holder of any credit card, loan or mortgage account, you are eligible to view your FICO® credit score within Digital Banking. • New customers may not see an updated FICO® Score until the quarter following account opening, due to the timing of pulling the score for their new credit product. • Not all consumers and credit and loan types are eligible for this feature. • The secondary account holder is not eligible to view the credit score and is not presented with an option to opt-in unless they are a primary account holder for any eligible credit card, loan or mortgage product. • You can opt out of this service at any time. Monthly FICO® Email alerts Every month, as an eligible customer, you will receive an email alert from fcdirect@emails.firstcitizens.com notifying you about the availability of your updated FICO® Score. If you no longer wish to receive the email alerts, you can unsubscribe from the mailing list through your email provider. If you wish to add back the ability to receive future notifications from First Citizens Bank, you will need to add fcdirect@emails.firstcitizens.com to your approved senders list through your email service provider.
