Open New Account If interested in opening an additional First Citizens account, select “Open New Account” under the “Service Center” drop down on the left-hand navigation or from the right hand of the “Accounts (Home)” page. You’ll be taken to firstcitizens. com to view our account offerings and the features within. There are a number of account types that can be opened online but some may require you to go to a First Citizens branch. Fee Schedule If you are interested in reviewing the First Citizens Digital Banking service charges, select the “Fee Schedule” menu item under the “Service Center” drop down on the left-hand navigation. You’ll be taken to the Digital Banking Fee Schedule page, which is housed on firstcitizens.com. Fees may vary based on your account type or relationship to reflect waivers or reimbursements for certain services. Online Agreement When enrolling in Digital Banking, you’ll consent and agree to the First Citizens Digital Banking Agreement. If you’d like to refer to the agreement at a later date, do so by selecting “Online Agreement” under the “Service Center” drop down on the left-hand navigation. You’ll be taken to the most up-to-date version of the First Citizens Digital Banking Agreement on firstcitizens.com.
