Profile and Preferences Profile and Contact Information

It is important to maintain current contact information on your account, and you can always update your profile overview and settings. Please note, updating your Digital Banking profile does not update your customer contact information at First Citizens.

In the Profile & Preferences dropdown, click Profile and Contact Info . 1. Update your contact information in the spaces provided. 2. Click the Submit button when you are finished making changes.
