Service Center Request Check Copy

You may request checks up to 5 years. If the check you’re requesting was paid within the last 18 months, you may be able to view and print a copy from your Account Transactions page. The requested check copy will be sent to you within 5-7 business days. Unless you specify that you would prefer to receive your check copy via mail, you will receive the check copy via the Message Center.

In the Service Center dropdown, click Request Check Copy . 1. Use the drop-down to select an account. 2. Enter the check number. 3. Use the calendar feature to select the date the check was paid. 4. Enter the amount. 5. Click the Submit button.
