Profile and Preferences Push Notifications
You can enroll to receive push notifications for security alerts and secure login multi-factor authentication (MFA). Push notifications offer a faster, more secure alternative to SMS and email - helping reduce fraud risk, giving you greater control over your preferences, and delivering real-time alerts directly to your device. You can manage your registered devices in Secure Delivery Contact Information, where you can update device names or remove a device if needed. Important Notes: • In session MFA push notifications for transaction initiation and other high-risk actions are not included. Secure access codes (SAC) via SMS and voice will continue to be used for MFA for these actions. • Push notifications are turned off by default and must be enabled • Users on older versions of the Digital Banking mobile app may need to update their app to access this feature.
