Secure Delivery We can verify your identity by sending a Secure Access Code (SAC) to you by text message or voice call. If you have a registered mobile device, you may also verify your identity by approving a push notification. Within Log In Preferences, you can make changes to your delivery preferences or add new ways we can contact you. Note : Push notifications are managed separately in the Push Notifications section under Profile & Preferences. Go to page 197 for more information.

Note : While email address displays, it is not a valid method to retrieve a Secure Access Code for most of our clients. Please make sure that you have a valid phone number on file.
