Sign in to First Citizens’ Digital Banking app and tap the Menu button. In the Profile & Preferences dropdown, click Log In Preferences . Toggle the Passcode switch from “Off” to “On.” 1. Review the information about using a passcode and tap the Create Passcode button. 2. Create your four-digit passcode using the keypad. 3. Confirm your passcode using the keypad. 4. Enter your login ID and password, and tap the Authorize button.
