On the Payments & Transfers landing page, click Send Money with Zelle ® . 1. Click the New Contact button. 2. Enter the recipient’s first name and last name. 3. (Optional) Enter the recipient’s nickname. 4. Choose where to send the money to. 5. Depending on your selection enter the recipient’s email address or U.S. mobile phone number. 6. Click the Save button.

Note : Payments sent directly to your recipient’s account number (instead of an email address or mobile number) are made available by First Citizens Bank but are a separate service from Zelle ® and can take 1 – 3 business days to process.
