On the Payments & Transfers landing page, click Access External Transfer. 1. Click the Preferences tab. 2. Click the + Add Accounts button. 3. Verify your external accounts instantly by entering your external account username and password. a. Or verify with bank deposits: Log in to your external bank account 3 business days after enrolling in First Citizens Digital Banking External Transfers. b. Look for two small deposits (less than $1) from First Citizens Bank and enter those deposit amounts to verify your account(s).
