Move Money (Payments & Transfers) External Transfers How to Remove Accounts/Cancel Old External Transfers On the Profile & Preferences landing page, click Account Preferences. 1. Scroll to the bottom of the page, to “External Transfer Accounts” , select the account you’d like to remove, and click the trash can icon next to “Delete account” . Then click the Delete button on the confirmation window.

Note : Deleting an external transfer account will also cancel any pending transactions and payments using this account.
