In the Transfers & Payments tab, click Pay with Bill Pay. 1. Select Pay a Person using the “I want to” drop-down. 2. Click the Recipients tab. 3. Click the “Send Money” link next to the recipient you want to send money to. 4. Enter the amount to send. 5. (Optional) Enter a message to send with your payment. 6. Click the Continue to the next step button.
