Services ACH Stop Payment

One-time ACH Payment & Recurring ACH Payments If you’re ever worried about a pending ACH Payment, you can initiate a stop payment request to prevent it from being processed. Once approved, the ACH Stop payment remains in effect for a specific amount of time. If you need the current fee information, please call us during our business hours at 1-800-371-3316.

In the Services tab, click ACH Stop Payment . 1. Select your request type. 2. Select the appropriate account from the drop-down menu. 3. Enter the starting and ending check numbers. 4. Enter the Company Name. 5. Select the reason from the drop-down menu. 6. (Optional) Enter a note. 7. Click the Request ACH Stop Payment button when you are finished.

Note: One time ACH Stop Payment requests expire once the requested transaction is returned. Recurring ACH Stop Payments remain in effect until canceled in writing.
