Services ACH Stop Payment

If you’re ever worried about a pending ACH payment, you can initiate a stop payment request to prevent that ACH payment from being processed. Once approved, the stop payment remains in effect for a specific amount of time. If you need the current fee information, please call us during our business hours at 1-800-371-3316.

In the Services tab, click ACH Stop Payment . 1. Select a request type. 2. Select the appropriate account using the drop-down. 3. Enter the amount. 4. Enter the company name. 5. Enter the reason. 6. (Optional) Enter a note. 7. Click the Request ACH Stop Payment button when you are finished.
