My Cards Report Card Lost/Stolen

When you tap the Report Card Lost/Stolen option, your card will be turned off to prevent unauthorized purchases. Recurring payments will still occur.

In the Account Services tab, click My Cards . 1. Tap the Report Lost or Stolen tab. 2. Click the Continue button. 3. Call First Federal Lakewood at (216) 529-2700 to complete the report.
