• TEL: Telephone Initiated Entry is used for the origination of a debit transaction to a consumer’s account pursuant to an oral authorization obtained from the consumer via the telephone. This type of transaction may only be originated when there is either (1) an existing relationship between the originator and the receiver, or (2) no existing relationship between the originator and the receiver, but the receiver has initiated the telephone call. • WEB: Internet Initiated Entry is used for the origination of debit entries to a consumer’s account pursuant to tan authorization that is obtained from the receiver via the Internet. It can also be a credit entry used to transmit funds from one consumer account to another. Sub-User: A commercial user who is created and managed by the Company Owner or Sub-User Administrator on the system. The Sub-User is limited to a subset of privileges, access levels, risk level limits and services of the Company. Sub-User Administrator: A Sub-User who has been granted privileges who can create and modify new Sub-Users or Sub-User Administrators and assign access and privileges to accounts. Tax Payments or Electronic Federal Tax Payment System (EFTPS): batches are a type of ACH Origination service that allows users to pay their federal taxes by direct deposit. Wire Transfers: Transfers of funds from an account at one financial institution to an account at another financial institution. Users can send wire transfers directly to their financial institution, selecting an Online Banking account that will be debited for the transaction when the wire is processed.
