Other Features Stop Check Payment

Single Check If you’re ever worried about a pending written check, you can initiate a stop payment request to prevent that check from being cashed. Once approved, the stop payment remains in effect for six months. If you need the current fee information or if you need to place a stop payment request on an ACH/electronic item, please contact us during our business hours at 888-255-2114.

In the Sidebar Menu , click Stop Payment . 1. Select an account using the account number drop-down. 2. Select Single Check using the “Stop Payment On” drop-down. 3. Click the Next button.
