Editing an Existing User’s Entitlements Authorized users with the Manage Users entitlement can make changes to existing users at any time. This is especially beneficial if someone’s job title changes or their approval limits need to be adjusted.

In the Sidebar Menu , click Manage Users . 1. Select a user to edit. 2. Make the necessary changes to the existing user. 3. Click the Save button when you are finished making changes.
