Single Check If you’re ever worried about a pending written check, you can initiate a stop payment request to prevent that check from being cashed. Once approved, the stop payment remains in effect for six months. If you need the current fee information, please contact us during our business hours at 800-667-4401. Stop Check Payment Request

A fee will be assessed on the account the Stop Payment is placed on. Stop Payments must be placed at least 1 business day prior to check posting to account and can’t be placed on ATM or debit card transactions. If attempting to place a Stop Payment on ACH or Bill Pay items, call 800.667.4401. This serves as your acknowledgement that the Stop Payment requested via this form is effective 6 months from the date the bank receives your request. See our Terms and Conditions for details.

In the Sidebar Menu , click Stop Check Payment . 1. Select an account using the “Account Number” drop-down. 2. Select Single Check using the “Stop Payment On” drop-down. 3. Click the Next button.
