First State Bank Booklet

1-19-21

Dear Valued Customer, On April 11, 2020, Wichita Falls Bancshares, Inc. completed the purchase of Chico Bancorp, Inc. This acquisition added four First State Bank branches to the First National Bank family. Since that time, we have diligently worked to make a stronger financial institution that provides better financial resources, a diverse product selection, and top of the line technology to ensure secure banking. We are converting our operating systems between First National Bank and First State Bank, a division of First National Bank, on the weekend of February 13. As expected, there will be some changes to accounts. This comprehensive welcome packet is designed to help you understand those changes by providing you with information about the products and services First National Bank will offer, several of which are new. It also includes information about updates to the bank routing number, issue of new, contactless MasterCard debit cards, and account disclosures. We are committed to continuing the same tradition of reliability, integrity, and responsiveness that you have come to expect at First State Bank, a division of First National Bank. The conversion and updates to online banking will enhance your overall banking experience. As of February 16, 2021, you will have access to three additional banking branch locations in Wichita Falls and Southlake, and more ATMs for your banking convenience. Please read the packet to understand the changes that will occur with the operating system conversion, and if you find you still have questions, please do not hesitate to contact us. Thank you for your support during this process. We are proud to be your bank and look forward to serving your financial needs!

Sincerely, Cindy Campbell
