What’s Not Changing
Bank Name: The name will change to First National Bank. Account Number & Routing Number: The bank routing number will change to First National Bank’s routing number (see page 5). Debit Cards: You will receive new First National Bank debit cards (see page 6). Checks: Although your routing number will be changing, you may continue to use your existing checks until you order new checks (see page 5). Website: The First National Bank website is www.fnbtx.com. Online Banking customers, you will use the login box at the new website, but your username and password will remain the same
FDIC Insurance: First National Bank is FDIC insured. Branch Locations: The four First State Bank, a division of First National Bank, branches will remain open and you may also bank at our other three bank locations (see map on page 15). Existing Employees: Existing employees will be retained and you can expect the same great customer service you are accustomed to. Operating Hours: The lobby and drive-thru hours will remain the same. Phone Numbers: The phone numbers for the branches will remain the same.

Online Banking users will receive a separate communication with dates and times when the system will be unavailable over the weekend for a platform upgrade. Mobile Banking users: iOS users, update your app in the Apple App Store, and Android users, update your app through the Google Play Store prior to logging in for the first time on February 16. Monday, February 15 Bank closed in honor of President’s Day.
Online banking customers will now login at www.fnbtx.com. Your online and mobile banking username and password remain the same. You may now bank at any of our seven banking center locations. See page 15 for location addresses and contact information.
