Getting Started Resetting a Forgotten Password

If you happen to forget your password or lock yourself out due to invalid password attempts, you can easily reestablish a new one from the First Mid Home page—no need to call us!

1. Click the Login button. 2. Click the “Password” link.

3. Review and accept Online Banking Agreement and click the Continue button. 4. Choose either Reset my password or Reset my password without SSN . 5. Enter your username, social security number, and date of birth. If you chose to reset your password without a social security number, you will need to enter your account number. Click the Continue button.
