Getting Started Retrieve a Forgotten Username

If you happen to forget your username, you can easily retrieve it from the First Mid Home page—no need to call us!

1. Click the Login button. 2. Click the “Username” link. 3. Choose either Find my personal username or Find my username without SSN . 4. Enter your social security number, date of birth and email. If you chose to find your username without a social security number, you will need to enter your account number. Click the Continue button. 5. Select a username recovery method. 6.
