Security Message Center

If you have questions about your accounts or need to speak with someone at First Mid, Messages allow you to communicate directly with a First Mid customer service representative. From the Messages page, you can find replies, old messages or create new conversations. Inbox The inbox displays messages you receive from us.

Click the icon in the upper right corner of the screen. A. Threads with unread messages appear in a darker font color. B. Click the “Edit” link at the top of the inbox to edit the status or delete messages.
