Dual Control Overview

If a payment requires dual approval, once one user creates an ACH transaction a second user will need to approve the payment before it can be processed. Notifications of ACH that are ready for approval can be sent via email, text or in app messaging. This will need to be enabled under Alerts. For more information about enabling alerts, go to page 72.
