Dual Control ACH Dual Control Set Up

ACH Dual Control can be enabled/disabled through a user’s permissions.

From the main dashboard, click your profile in the lower left corner of the screen, then click Manage business . Click the Manage users tab. 1. Select the user you would like to enable dual control for. 2. Click the Set permissions button. 3. To enable dual control for ACH batches the “Full ACH control” toggle must be disabled. This means if one user created or edited a batch, they will receive error messages when trying to initiate. 4. Click the icon when you are finished.
