In the Commercial tab, click PositivePay . 1. Use the drop-down menu to select an account. 2. Use the drop-down menu to select “Decision Needed.”

Note: All exceptions must be given decisions by 11 AM CT. Your default decision (pay or return) will be applied if no decision has been made by 11 AM CT.
