User Management Why can’t a user see transactions created by other users? The user may not have the appropriate view rights for that transaction type. Users must be able to view others drafted transactions to be able to approve the transaction. Payments - ACH & Wires My transactions was placed on “Hold”, what do I need to do? A team member will review the transaction and will contact you, if further information is required to process the transaction. Will I be notified once my transaction has been processed? Each user can setup a custom security alerts to send a notification to them each time a payment is processed. How can we get setup to receive wire notifications and ACH addenda information accompanied by our incoming and outgoing payments? Contact our treasury department and we will collect the necessary information from you to provide all the information that accompanies your incoming and outgoing payments. Why don’t I have the ability to approve a drafted transaction in the Activity Center? You may not have the appropriate rights to approve that transaction or the cutoff time may have passed. First ensure the cutoff period has not passed then contact you Company Administrator to ensure you have the appropriate viewing and approval rights. Why can’t I see a transaction to approve in the Activity Center? Depending on your view rights you may not have access to see transactions created by other users within your company.
