Part 5 of 5: Import a File into a Template If you have the user rights activated, you can optionally import a Comma Separated Values (CSV) document into your recipient template. This document should be a two column list of the Recipient ACH Name and Amount or Recipient Display Name and Amount. This is a useful feature if you are sending payments to multiple recipients or if you need to update an existing template. This document cannot be created within Online Banking and should be made using accounting software. Once uploaded, Business Online Banking automatically fills in all your recipient’s names and payment amounts, helping you to avoid errors and save time. 7. (Optional) If you need to copy a recipient, click the icon and select Copy . 8. (Optional) If you need to remove a recipient, click the icon and select Remove . 9. Click the Draft or Approve button when you are finished. 6. To show additional details, click the icon and select Show Details . a. (Optional) Check the box next to “Notify Recipient” to notify a recipient of an incoming payment. b. (Optional) Use the icon to edit a recipient. c. (Optional) Use the text box to write an addendum.
