Deposit Checks Mobile Deposit

Mobile Deposit offers businesses a convenient way to streamline cash-flow management and reduce trips to the branch. To ensure efficient processing and protect your business from avoidable delays, please take a moment to read the guidelines below.

In the Pay, Transfer, & Receive tab, click Deposit Checks . 1. Use the drop-down to select an account. 2. Proper Endorsement is Required

• Checks deposited through Mobile Deposit must be endorsed according to your business account setup. Endorsements must include “For Mobile Deposit at Kendall Bank” or “For Mobile Deposit to Account Number.” If your company uses a “Deposit Only” stamp, this will be accepted as well. • Checks showing signs of alteration will be rejected, as they pose higher fraud and return risk for both your business and Kendall Bank. If your customer issues a check incorrectly, please request a new one rather than attempting to correct it.
