In the Commercial tab, click Deposit Connect , then click the “Capture” link. 1. Click the “Create New Batch” link. 2. Enter a Batch Name. 3. Enter the amount of each check in the Item Amount box and press the enter key. 4. As the checks are entered the Expected Deposit Total Amount and the Expected Deposit Total Items boxes will update. 5. Click on an item and press the delete key to remove an item. 6. You may also enter the Expected Deposit Total Amount and the Expected Deposit Total Items if known. 7. Click the Create Batch button once all of the items have been entered.
