Getting Started Retrieving a Forgotten Username

If you happen to forget your username, you can easily retrieve it from the Volunteer, a Lawrence Bank or F&M, a Lawrence Bank Home page.

1. Click the Online Banking button. 2. Click the “Forgot Username” link. 3. Enter the required information and click the Continue button. 4. Your username will be sent to you.
