Security Security Preferences

We take security very seriously at MAX Credit Union, so we have added various tools to help you better protect your account information. You can add and manage these features in Security to strengthen your Online Banking experience.

Click your name in the lower left corner of the screen, then click Account Settings . 1. Click the Security tab. 1 Change Username You can change your username at any time. Create a unique username you will remember and that follows our required guidelines.

1. Click the “Edit” link next to your username. 2. Send and enter a security code. 3. Enter your new username. 4. Click the “Show rules” link to view MAX Credit Union’s username requirements. Security: Security Preferences 5. Click the Save button when you are finished making changes.
